ICS Chili Cook-Off

Join us for a fun-filled weekend as Two Creeks Crossing Resort hosts our Annual Chili Cook-Off, an official International Chili Society (ICS) event. Spend the day tasting incredible chili made by talented cooks, enjoy live music, grab a bite from the food truck, and cool off at the NEW Blue Bayou Waterpark. It’s the perfect weekend for families, friends, and food lovers to relax, compete, and make unforgettable memories at the resort.

Do I have to compete to attend a cook-off?
No. Cook-offs are open to all registered guests. You are welcome to attend, watch, and enjoy the event even if you are not competing.
Are cook-offs family-friendly?
Yes. Cook-offs at Two Creeks Crossing Resort are family-friendly events with activities and entertainment suitable for all ages.
Do you offer day passes for cook-off events?
No, Two Creeks Crossing does not offer day passes for cook-offs, except for the Chili Cook-off Saturday, May 2nd. Cook-off events are reserved for registered resort guests. Depending on your accommodation, a limited number of guest passes may be available. Details vary by stay type and can be provided at check-in or by calling our office.
Do I need to register in advance to compete?
Yes. All competitors must register in advance. Registration details, deadlines, and rules are provided on each individual cook-off event page.
Is there a registration fee to compete?
Yes. All applicable fees will be clearly outlined in the event details for each cook-off.
How are cook-offs judged?
Judging criteria vary by cook-off and may include taste, presentation, aroma, and overall impression. Full judging details are shared in advance of each event.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Cook-offs are outdoor events and generally proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated to registered guests.
