Chili Cookoff Weekend at Two Creeks Crossing Resort
Things are heating up at Two Creeks Crossing Resort during our ICS-sanctioned Chili Cookoff Weekend, happening April 30–May 2, 2027.
The weekend brings chili cooks and competition to the resort for two events, including the public Lake Livingston Chili Extravaganza on Saturday and the cooks-only Two Creeks Crossing Swamp Chili Cookoff on Sunday.
Make a weekend out of it and enjoy the cookoff atmosphere, resort fun, and a spring getaway near Lake Livingston.
Saturday: Lake Livingston Chili Extravaganza
On Saturday, May 1, join us for the Lake Livingston Chili Extravaganza. This event is open to the public, giving guests and visitors a chance to be part of the excitement of an ICS-sanctioned chili competition at Two Creeks Crossing Resort.

Sunday: Two Creeks Crossing Swamp Chili Cookoff
Competition continues on Sunday, May 2 with the Two Creeks Crossing Swamp Chili Cookoff. Sunday’s event is reserved for participating cooks and is not open to the public.
