Settle into your own routine at Two Creeks Crossing Resort, with the East Texas woods, time by the creek, and resort activities close by. Choose from four extended stay options, from covered sites with room to spread out to open sites near park activities or in a wooded setting. All four options include concrete pads and full hookups. Water and sewer are included in your monthly site rate. Electricity is metered and billed separately.
Covered Sites
Make Two Creeks your home base, with your RV under cover and full access to the resort’s amenities. Settle into your own space and enjoy what the park has to offer throughout the seasons.
- Concrete pad: 24 × 50 ft
- Additional parking area: approximately 24 × 20 ft
- Covered RV site with full hookups
- Roof heights: 11 ft at the lowest point and 16 ft at the highest point
- Storage is not included
Monthly rate: $800, plus metered electricity.

Covered Sites with Storage
Make yourself at home in a wooded part of the park, with a covered RV site, built-in storage behind your site, and a patio for morning coffee or meals outside. These new sites are set farther from the main activity areas, with the resort’s amenities and events still close enough to enjoy.
- Concrete pad: 16 × 55 ft
- Patio: 8 × 15 ft
- Covered RV site with full hookups
- Roof heights: 14 ft at the lowest point and 16 ft at the highest point
- Built-in storage: approximately 5.58 × 15.58 ft, measured 67 × 187 inches
Year-end introductory special: $800 per month for your first six months, then the regular rate of $900 per month. Electricity is metered and billed separately.
This introductory-rate special is valid through December 31st, 2026.
Open Sites Near Park Activities
Stay close to the park’s activities and everyday conveniences on an uncovered RV site. Choose from Standard Back-In sites, some with a water view, or Deluxe sites with additional concrete space for parking and a patio. The bathhouses, playground, dog park, and fishing dock are nearby.
Standard Back-In Sites
A 12 × 50 ft concrete pad, an 8 × 8 ft patio, and one complimentary vehicle pass. Some Standard Back-In sites offer a water view.
Deluxe Sites
A 12 × 50 ft concrete pad, plus an additional 30 ft-long concrete area for a second vehicle and patio space. Two complimentary vehicle passes are included.
Non-peak monthly rates, November 1st through April 30th
- Standard Back-In and Waterview Sites: $550 per month
- Deluxe Sites: $650 per month
Peak-season monthly rates, May 1st through October 31st
During peak season, one- or two-month stays are $900 per month and are available on eligible back-in sites only. For three- to six-month stays, monthly rates are $550 for Standard sites or $650 for Deluxe sites, subject to availability.
Electricity is metered and billed separately.

Open Sites in a Wooded Setting
Enjoy the wooded part of the park on an uncovered RV site near the new covered sites with storage. There’s space for your RV and an outdoor patio where you can spend time outside and settle into the slower parts
of the day.
These sites are set farther from the main activity areas, with the resort’s amenities and events still close enough to enjoy.

Monthly rate: $650, plus metered electricity.
Check Your RV Fit Before Booking
Guests are responsible for making sure their RV fits the selected site before reserving or traveling to the resort. Compare your RV’s full length, height, and width with slide-outs extended against the site’s usable dimensions, including roof and post clearances on covered sites. Allow room for steps, awnings, and vehicle parking as well.
Pad dimensions do not establish usable clearance between posts or beneath a roof. If a measurement you need is missing, request it before booking.
You’re also welcome to schedule a time with the office to come out and measure a site yourself.

Planning Your Extended Stay
Extended stays are available on select sites and require management approval. For stays longer than one month, an application and background check are required. Stays may be approved for up to six months, with extensions of up to an additional six months subject to management approval and availability.
RVs more than 10 years old require prior management approval. Proof of current RV registration and insurance is required.
Electricity is metered and billed separately at the provider’s current rate. Two Creeks does not add a markup, and rates may change when the provider adjusts its pricing.
