Our campground RV sites feature full hookups, including water, electricity (30/50 amp), and sewer, making it easy for you to relax and enjoy your stay without worry. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a longer retreat, our sites are equipped to handle all your needs.

Waterfront RV Sites
Our waterfront RV sites sit right along Rocky Creek or the Grand Pond. These 12’x50′ sites offer peaceful water views and a short walk to the bathhouse. Each has an 8’x8′ concrete patio for easy access and space to relax. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or casting a line, you’re never far from the water.
Water View RV Sites
Enjoy a scenic view without being right on the shoreline. These 12’x50′ water view sites overlook either the Grand Pond or Rocky Creek—some even offer a view of both! Most of these spaces also back up to wooded areas, giving you both shade and privacy. Each includes an 8’x8′ patio for outdoor comfort.
Deluxe RV Sites
Our deluxe RV sites are perfect for guests who want a little more room. Each back-in space includes a 30-foot-long concrete parking area for a second vehicle, picnic table, or extra outdoor seating. Conveniently located near the bathhouse, these are ideal for weekend getaways or longer-term stays.
Pull-Through RV Sites
Located close to the clubhouse and resort amenities, our 12’x60′ pull-through sites offer maximum convenience. Each includes an 8’x8′ concrete patio and provides easy entry and exit, especially for larger rigs. You’ll be near guest showers, the laundry room, fitness area, and pool.
Back-In RV Sites
Back-in sites are perfect for a cozy retreat. Nestled among the trees, these shaded sites offer a more private experience. Each includes an 8’x8′ patio pad and space for one vehicle. These spots do not have picnic tables but offer quiet for a relaxing stay.
ADA-Compatible RV Sites
We offer seven ADA-compatible RV sites that are spacious, easy to access, and located near bathhouses. These sites may include larger concrete pads and are designed with accessibility and convenience in mind.
Covered RV Sites
Our covered RV sites are a premium option for long-term guests. These large 24’x50′ sites include a 20-foot driveway and a solid metal roof to protect your RV from the elements. Available only for weekly or monthly stays, these spots are tucked in a quieter part of the resort, offering a calm, community feel.
Application and approval are required for all covered rv sites.

Check-in/Check-out
RV site check-in is at 1:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available for an additional $25 fee with prior approval.
One RV per Site
Each RV site is designed for a single RV. Maximum occupancy is 8 people per site.
RVs 10+ Years Old
RVs that are 10 years or older require prior management approval. You may need to submit a current photo of your RV for approval.
Appearance
All RVs must be in good working order and in excellent visual condition. They should be RVIA Certified (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) and free of visible damage, duct tape, repair materials, or excessive caulking.
Prohibited RV Types
Pop-up trailers, truck bed/cabover campers, buses, box trucks, and storage trailers converted into RVs are not allowed without prior approval from management.
Wastewater Disposal
Dumping wastewater on the ground is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine. Waterless cleaning systems are preferred. RV washing is allowed on Sundays after Noon (please check with Guest Services for guidelines).
Insurance & Registration
All RVs must be properly insured and registered. You must provide proof of registration and insurance upon request.
RV Maintenance
RVs must function as originally designed and not be used for storage. Maintenance or repairs should not be conducted on-site.
Connections
Sewer: All sewer connections must include an airtight rubber seal ring or “L” connector.
Water: Ensure all plumbing connections are secure and leak-free.
Electric: Sites are equipped with 30/50 amp service. Ensure your RV is compatible with our electrical system.
Occupancy Limit
Maximum occupancy of 8 people per RV site.
Vehicle Passes
1 Vehicle Pass is provided for each RV site. Additional passes are available for a $5/day fee.
Parking
All vehicles must be parked in the assigned RV site or designated overflow parking. Overnight sleeping in non-camping vehicles is not allowed.

Questions
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Reservations canceled 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Holiday reservations must be canceled 30 days in advance. You can also reschedule up to 14 days before arrival without penalty. Late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations due to weather are not refundable. If a natural disaster occurs, you can reschedule or receive a gift certificate for future use. Do you offer Wi-Fi, and is it free throughout the property?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi at RV sites and cabin rentals, though service is not guaranteed. It’s also available at the Clubhouse and Business Center.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in cabins, yurts, or tents. There’s a limit of two pets per RV site. Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Cabin 15 (Paw's Retreat) and Cabin 16 (The Cozy Critter) are pet-friendly for well-mannered dogs and cats under 50 lbs with current vaccinations. A $40 cleaning fee and a $100 refundable deposit are required.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair access is available at select locations throughout the resort. Cabin 31 (Water's Edge) and Cabin 33 (Creekside Cabin) are ADA accessible, as are some of our RV sites. While not all rental units are fully accessible, we do offer ramps throughout the resort. Please contact us to confirm accessibility before booking.
Are there dining options on-site?
Yes, we have Swampers Icehouse right on-site at Two Creeks Crossing Resort! It’s the go-to spot for tasty bar bites, cold beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails—all in a fun, laid-back atmosphere with live music and games.
