Before You Pack
A Few Ways to Make Your Fall Weekend Even Better
Bring Extra Candy
If you’re staying in a site or cabin, plan to have candy ready for trick-or-treaters. Decorated spots usually get the most visitors, so it’s always a good idea to bring a little more than you think you’ll need.
Pack for Warm Days and Cool Nights
East Texas fall weekends can give you a little of both. Bring swimsuits for the water park and lazy river, plus hoodies or light jackets for cooler evenings around the resort.
Don’t Forget the Pet
Four-legged guests are welcome to join in on the fun, too. Bring a leash, a few essentials, and if your pup is up for it, a costume they’ll be comfortable wearing.
Book Halloween Weekend Early
Halloween Weekend is one of the most popular weekends of the season and can fill up fast. If you’re planning to stay October 30 through November 1, reserve early.

RV Sites
Park and relax at one of our spacious RV sites, many with beautiful water views. All sites come with concrete pads, full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 amp), and access to all resort amenities. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay, you’ll feel right at home.

Cabins
Our cozy cabins give you the comforts of home with a touch of nature. Each cabin includes beds, a bathroom, air conditioning, and a place to relax after a fun day at the resort. Perfect for couples, families, or anyone who wants a comfy stay without bringing an RV.

Yurts
Our yurts blend the feel of camping with the comfort of a cabin. These round, canvas-covered lodges are cozy, roomy, and come with beds, seating, and electricity. A fun choice for families or anyone wanting a unique glamping experience.

Treehouses
Take your getaway to new heights in our unique treehouse! Nestled among the trees, this fun lodging option gives you great views, cozy sleeping space, and the charm of sleeping above ground. It’s a favorite for families and anyone wanting something different and memorable.

Glamping Tents
Love the idea of camping but want a few extras? Our glamping tents offer comfy beds, lights, and stylish touches—no sleeping bags or hard ground here! Enjoy the outdoors while still having the comforts you need to truly relax.

Monthly Rentals
Planning to stay a while? Our monthly RV rental options give you a great deal for long-term stays. Perfect for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of East Texas for an extended time.
