Rules

We will be following the official International Barbeque Cookers Association (IBCA) Contest Rules, which you can read here.

Categories

  • Meats:
    • Fully Jointed Chicken Half
    • Pork Spare Ribs
    • Brisket
  • Other:
    • Beans

Turn-In Schedule

  • 12:00 PM: One (1) fully jointed chicken half (breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick)
  • 1:30 PM: Eight (8) individual pork spareribs
  • 3:00 PM: Eight (8) brisket slices

Additional Information

  • $3,000 payout
  • $250 entry per team for Meats category
  • $25 entry for Other category
  • Registration includes a two-night back-in RV stay during the weekend of the event
