Join us for a fun-filled weekend as Two Creeks Crossing Resort hosts our Annual Chili Cook-Off, an official International Chili Society (ICS) event. Spend the day tasting incredible chili made by talented cooks, enjoy live music, grab a bite from the food truck, and cool off at the NEW Blue Bayou Waterpark. It’s the perfect weekend for families, friends, and food lovers to relax, compete, and make unforgettable memories at the resort.

Registration Fees
ICS membership registration: 1-day membership is $10 day, 3-day membership is $25 which entitles you to 3 cook offs within 1 year of sign up, or $45 for an annual unlimited membership. These are the membership fees of ICS & not controlled by the resort. ICS Chili, Inc. || Registration
Entry Fees
- Fees for each ICS category are: Red $35, Homestyle $35, and Verde $35.
- Fee for the People’s Choice is $20.
- All proceeds from chili tasting go to local charities: TBD.
Prizes
- The 3 ICS categories: Red, Homestyle and Verde will each be 1st-$250, 2nd $150, and 3rd $75.
- People’s Choice is 1st-25% of entry fees, 2nd –15% of entry fees, and 3rd –10% of entry fees.
Cooks Benefits
- 50% off of lodging for all cooks, limited to one reservation per team and valid Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Free admission to the live music events for judges and cooks.
- Limit of four tickets per team.
What is provided?
A covered pavilion is provided for the events along with wash stations for cooks.
