Giveaway conducted by Two Creeks Crossing Resort, LLC, P.O. Box 1345, Montgomery, TX 77356.
Prize consists of lodging in one of our cabins for two nights, or 3 nights in one of our RV spaces for the drawing winner and one guest. Additional guests may be requested but will be allowed only at the sole discretion of TCCR. If RV space is chosen, winner must furnish their own RV. Included with prize is access to all TCCR amenities that are available during the stay. The approximate retail value of the prize is up to $600. No substitutions are permitted.
Winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from TCCR, all meals during their stay, and any other expenses associated with the travel and stay at Two Creeks Crossing Resort (TCCR).
Only one prize will be given.
Prize is non-cash. No cash equivalent will be given or considered. Winner is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred.
One winner will be chosen by random drawing. Chance of winning is dependent on number of entries.
Eligibility:
1. One entry per household.
2. Entrant must be a U.S. resident, age 21 years or older.
3. Address must be furnished upon entry. Winner may be asked to confirm eligibility upon notification of winning.
Drawing to be held on May 8, 2023 at Two Creeks Crossing Resort, 1581 Triple Creek Loop, Livingston, TX 77351.
Winner notified by email and phone.

Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Stay must be on consecutive days.
Prize must be used with 12 months of winner notification or the opening of the resort, whichever is later.
1. Cabin or RV spot availability is subject to availability at the time of stay. Specific cabin or RV spot is solely up to the discretion of TCCR.
Prize cannot be transferred to another party.
Winner agrees to adhere to and follow all resort rules during their stay, including any restrictions on type of RV or age of RV. Failure to adhere to resort rules may result in forfeiture of prize.
Winner agrees and gives permission for their name and likeness to be used in TCCR marketing and promotions, unless prohibited by law.
Winner must respond and accept prize within 30 days of notification. If winner does not respond and accept prize and all its terms, then prize is forfeited.
In the event the winner is ineligible or does not respond or accept the prize within 30 days of notification, then TCCR may, at their discretion, select an alternate winner.
Winner and all entrants agree to hold TCCR blameless against any loss or injury due to or resulting from to their participation in this sweepstakes and their stay at TCCR. TCCR is not responsible for weather, Acts of God, government mandated closures due to COVID-19, its variants, or any other circumstances outside of TCCR’s control that may affect the winner’s prize/stay.
TCCR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, if necessary, due to technical or legal issues, or in the event of hacking, security breaches, or tampering.
Entry into this contest does not guarantee a prize.
All entries agree to receive communications from TCCR.
All entry information will be held private and will not be sold or distributed to any third party.
